My own purchase. This home, our 5th along 30-A is located on a Canal flowing behind Seaside and WaterColors. I can kayak out to Grayton Beach and the Gulf from my back yard. Located just 2 blocks outside of Seaside and 3 blocks to the beach. We will do a major renovation in the near future.
