Our three homes rent for full weeks only between Memorial Day and August 11th – the rest of the year they are available on a three day or more rental.

Reservation Details:

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of your total rental fee excluding taxes and the refundable security/damage deposit. This rent deposit must be received within 14 days after booking in order to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to check in, a security/damage deposit in the amount of $500 is required. Your security deposit can be handled by credit card – We only hold your card number unless damages are incurred. Florida Tourism tax on all homes, hotels and condos is 11.5%.
All our homes are smoke and pet free. All homes have parking for 4 to 6 cars only and all cars must be parked in driveways.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a $95.00 office service charge.  For cancellations made in less than 90 days, reservation payments will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented at the same rental rate and time period reserved (if re-rented at a discounted rate, your refund will reflect this loss). If you have used a credit card for your deposit we will also subtract 3% to cover credit card processing fees.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later (Central Time), Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please leave on time so that the home can be prepared for our next guests.
